I believe entrepreneurship is one of the most powerful ways to create a life with more of what truly matters: purpose, flexibility, and adventure.
I didn’t start my career in commercial real estate thinking about big deals or growth strategies—I started in property management and leasing, learning how buildings actually operate from the inside out. I worked closely with landlords, navigating the day-to-day realities of owning and managing commercial space, understanding what drives decisions on their side, and seeing firsthand how leases are structured, negotiated, and executed. That foundation shaped everything about how I work today.
Over the past 12+ years, I’ve been involved in more than 850 real estate transactions across office, retail, and industrial properties. A large portion of my career was spent representing landlords—positioning spaces, negotiating leases, and working to maximize value for ownership. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how landlords think, where there is flexibility, and where there isn’t. Now, working alongside business owners, I’m able to use that perspective to help my clients navigate negotiations more strategically, avoid common pitfalls, and make more informed decisions.
At the same time, I’ve become a business owner and investor myself, which has completely shifted how I view real estate. The conversations became less about just getting a deal done and more about what that decision actually means—financially, operationally, and personally. I understand what it feels like to weigh risk, to question whether something is the right move, and to think beyond the space itself to how it impacts the business as a whole.
Outside of work, I’m a mom to two girls, and that has added another layer to how I approach everything I do. I care deeply about building a life that allows for both ambition and presence—and I know many of the business owners I work with feel the same way. Real estate decisions don’t just impact your bottom line; they shape your time, your flexibility, and your ability to grow in a way that actually feels sustainable.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of all of those experiences. I bring the perspective of someone who has sat on the landlord side of the table, the transaction experience of hundreds of deals, and the lens of a business owner making these same kinds of decisions in my own life. My goal is to help business owners navigate real estate with more clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of what’s actually at stake—so they can make decisions that support not just their business, but the life they’re building.
